Parnell was founded in Seoul, South Korea with one goal:  to create skincare that is as kind to the skin as it is effective. Our founder, who had been struggling from skin conditions since young, was inspired when he experienced in person the healing power of manuka honey on his sensitive skin when he was living in New Zealand. Since then, the idea for CICAMANU was born, a blend that combines Korea’s time-honored Centella Asiatica (CICA) with the rare, healing Manuka Honey from New Zealand. This signature ingredient powers some of our most loved products.
