• Shipping Fees | The customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
• Applicable Products | This policy only applies to skin and body care products.
• Usage Limit | The product must be less than one-third used.
• Request Period | The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Purchase Eligibility | Refunds are only available for purchases made by members on our website. Purchases made on other websites are not eligible.
Non-Refundable Conditions
• Damage/Lost Components | Products that are damaged or missing components are not eligible.
• Discounted Products | Set discount items and clearance sale items are excluded from this policy.
• Excessive Use | Products that are more than one-third used are not eligible.
• Time Limit | Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
